Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Europe, Mexico, to the US and UK.
How long are shipping times?
- Within Germany: 5-7 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Europe (outside the EU): 7–14 business days
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.
Can I return my order?
Yes! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return costs apply for customers returning products outside of the EU.
How much does shipping cost?
- Within the European Union, shipping is free.
- Outside the EU, shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for duties and import taxes outside of the European Union.
