Where do you ship?
We ship to Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and Mexico. Standard and express options are available at checkout.
How long are shipping times?
- EU: 5–10 working days
- UK, Switzerland & Norway: 5–7 working days
- US, Canada & Mexico: 5–15 working days
Express options are available for all destinations. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout — delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
- EU: free on orders over €100, otherwise from €7.99
- UK, Switzerland & Norway: from €10 (express from €50)
- US & Canada: from €30 (express €100)
- Mexico: from €25 via express
Duties and import taxes may apply outside the EU and are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return my order?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Returns within the EU are free of charge.
- Outside the EU, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
